The Italian version of conditions and terms is the only valid one. Translations are meant to facilitate the foreign client and are not binding. In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Rome, Italy.

FalcoWeb.com is not responsible for any direct/indirect damage or loss deriving from the sale of products and services listed in the catalogue of FalcoWeb.com's website; nor is FalcoWeb.com responsible for delayed or not effected delivery of products.
FalcoWeb.com is not responsible for the conformity of products to the features indicated in the website, nor is FalcoWeb.com responsible for any other event or fact that cannot be attributed directly to FalcoWeb.com.
Technical specifications
Technical specifications of goods in our catalogue come from publications of single producers.
Therefore FalcoWeb.com has the faculty to modify/update information about technical features and size of products at any time, also with no previous notice, according to what producers communicate.
Products' availability
Because electronic access and orders modify in real time availability of products, FalcoWeb.com does not garantee the sure assigning of the ordered goods.
Risks and property
Goods are shipped carriage free and insured (costs of insurance are indicated in bill as "shipping cost").
In case of carriage forward (only when required by client) all risks are run by client from the very moment the goods are handed over to carrier at FalcoWeb.com's store.
On delivery client must verify integrity of packages and item's conformity, as to quantity and quality, to what is written in the accompanying document (DDT). Any difference must be noted down in the accompanying document and then confirmed by fax or registered mail to FalcoWeb.com within seven days.
Goods must be verified within seven days, even if the packaging is still intact.
Any not evident, hidden defect must be communicated in writing to FalcoWeb.com, by fax or by registered mail. Any complain beyond the seven days will be evaluated case by case at FalcoWeb.com's discretion.
Clients are fully responsible for any declaration they make.
Orders
FalcoWeb.com accepts only written orders, by fax or by internet (on line). When sending an order by internet, at the end of procedure the client will receive a confirmation (also by e-mail) with the number of the order; if number of the received order is not visible after some minutes, it is understood that the proposal has not been accepted- at all legal effects- for whatever reason: accounting, lacking of product, etc..
Prices
Prices do not include value-added tax.
Prices can be modified at any moment without notice.
In case of price variation, clients can cancel an order already made.
Payments
Products and services of FalcoWeb.com must be paid in advance. For amounts bigger than euro 26,00 a delay of more of 5 days must be paid with a 15% penalty, furthermore the hours used to suspend/unsuspend the services will be billed accordingly to the service's complexity.
In these cases FalcoWeb.com can however terminate the agreement without any refund.
Goods can be paid directly on line (see different options) or by postal order and bank transfer (to be made in advance). A different type of payment can be agreed with FalcoWeb.com.
References for bank transfer are shown at the end of the procedure for order's confirmation and choice of payment.
Even when an order has been accepted, FalcoWeb.com, at discretion, can decide not to accomplish it if clients have an ongoing dispute, who are insolvent, etc..
